How my Thoughts on Clean Eating and Dieting have Changed

Hi FB Community!

I remember reading through the FB Clean Eating guide for the first time, what must have been around 5 years ago. I remember that I was intimidated by the prospect of forever changing my eating habits and "never being able to eat chocolate again". I believed that eating healthily was terrible, boring and un(ful)filling. This kept me from finally making the change in my life that I so desperately needed.

I am 21 now, and although clean eating was a challenge at first, it has become the most natural thing in the world to me. In fact, every healthy meal that I eat encourages me to keep going. In contrast, highly processed foods make me nauseous now. All in all, I could not be happier with what Fitness Blender has tought me about a helathy and happy life. And, most importantly, I still eat chocolate and fatty foods sometimes, and I love it!

What are your experiences with changing your (eating) habits and lifestyle?
