Hi All,

I think if I let the FBFamily know that I have returned and feel really eager to improve on a healthy lifestyle then it won't be so easy to give up again.

It's been months since I worked out and I have gained fat and lost muscle and I am about to turn 50+ one month from now. So I am returning from the far country of no exercise or fitness efforts and I so regret going away:(

So, I am using the 4 wk Smart HIIT and Strength/get Fit Fast program that I purchased about 6 months ago.

I aim to break my sugar addiction (ice cream) and loose 6 to 8 pounds by February 4th.

Today was my first day.... my legs and thighs are jello now!! But for today.....THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE!!!!!
