Working out when unwell?

Hi Guys,

So ive been feeling very unwell the past couple of days. Yesterday I had a terrible headache and the flu is going around in our family.

I rescheduled my workout for yesterday as I was in a lot pain on my legs. I walked alot yesterday.

Today I had a 12 minute upper body workout, which I managed fine. But my cardio workout of 30 mins, after about 20 mins my body couldnt do anymore. Throughout the entire workout I was not able to go the whole way.

What do you all do when you are unwell? Do you excercise?
