I’ve been working out with Kelli and Daniel religiously for YEARS! I love their videos and everything about fitness blender.
I found out I was pregnant in October and due to previous miscarriages and surgery, I was immediately put on rest. Therefore, after working out 6 days a week with level 4 and 5 videos, I had to stop all work outs. However, today my doctor gave me the clear to start gradually working out again. Can anyone recommend some good videos as starting points as I feel as though I’m basically starting over and still need to keep my workouts short and low impact.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
