Motivation/Goal setting

Hey everyone. Happy belated New Years to you guys. Soo I need help with my workouts in terms of trying to stay motivated to reach goals. I’ve always struggled to keep motivation when trying to reach my fitness goals. I started the new year actually working out the first two days and even it’s been only 3 days since my last workout I feel like I’m getting lazy. Any tips on how to push myself through workouts and find motivation? Also since I’m just really been starting back into fitness don’t want to rush too fast
