Working out when sore

Hey guys :)

Does anyone have any advice/recommendations for workouts to do when you are sore all over?

I’ve done 3 quite high intensity workouts this week already (HIIT, a run, strength training and cross training) so i’m now really sore but still want to do something today!

I always feel like doing workouts where you’re not completely drenched in sweat aren’t worth it and I need to try to stop that feeling! xxx
