Mid-week Lower Body strength

I am kinda not used to Lower Body strength training in the middle of the week, I often do it on Monday and Friday, but that was on the schedule, so...

I substituted the scheduled lower body workout for my absolute favorite one (I just did the other one last week, so I wanted smth different). This morning I woke up with so mich soreness in my hamstrings 👍 I lifted just 5kg (11 lbs) per hand for those deadlifts, but I watched my form, so I felt every single move!

How much do you, guys, lift for Lower Body training? 🏋🏻‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
