I need help with my sleep i have terrible insomnia

I know it isnt fitness related but its driving me crazy... it all started when i was working in a restaurant and had to get up at 4am then lots of times id get asked to work night shift and then sleep in then id have to make myself tired to wake up at 4 the next day so naturally my body clock got sooo messed up and i started getting so stressed about it and just anxious and now i have a new job where i dont have to start till 9am im still super anxious ive started forcing myself to go to bed at 5pm but obviously im not tired so i get more anxious i have no idea how to get back to normal please help me
