Does anyone in the FB community use calipers to measure fat percentage?

I have been working consistently with FB workout programs for four months now. I measure my weight weekly and my weight has dropped alot. I calculate body mass index and I am at 24.2. (normal range is 18.5 to 24.9). So, I am at the high end of "normal." The problem is that I still have "love handles"; in other words, I am centrally obese. My weight loss has slowed to 1/2 pound per week.

I'm wondering if I should get calipers to measure body fat and start tracking percentage body fat weekly in addition to weight. Research says that normal bmi people with central obesity have higher risk of dying.

Does anyone here use calipers to measure fat? I really appreciate any recommendations and experience you could share.
