So... how effective is it? I need some sort of meal plan, and I can't afford to buy one of FB's meal plans on here (unfortunately). I am REALLY bad at meal prep...especially since I am a waitress, and I can't time my meals out every day. Some times I can't even eat at all during a 6 hour shift (the hanger is real). So, I was thinking of carb cycling... How the heck should I start? And should I?
