FB 30 Round 4 Day 16&17

I completed my workout for today and yesterday. Yesterday I had a Core and Cardio workout with Kellie and it was a ab workout. Today I had a Upper Body Strength + HIIT workout with Kellie again and by the time I was done with the workout. I had jello legs and I think they are going to be jello legs for the whole day. These workouts have been really hard to do because sometime, I forget which workout to do or which weights to use for the workout. But other than that I have been really feeling it in certain parts of my body after, I am done with the workout and it is really helping me get my body back into shape. All of these workout though are really tiring for my body because one I am all done with the workout. I can feel which part of my body that I worked out the most during the workout.
