SOOO HAPPY!

I have always been so annoyed by the fact that I oftentimes get caught up in the “what I weigh” mindset. As if one pound means I have ruined everything, etc etc.

I decided to do a little research on the body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, other stuff scales. I found one that was extremely affordable and considered pretty accurate.

It came in the mail today and I had basically accepted a few things -

- I will be in a ‘normal’ range for body fat, muscle mass, and BMR even though I exercise regularly. But I was going to be happy with that because then I could work on my diet and exercise to see how I could improve those statistics.

GUYS. My body fat % is in the athlete amount, my muscle mass is extremely high, my BMR is a tiny bit above average.

Some things I need to do some research about and see what they mean is that I have a high bone mass, and a high metabolic age, which I find strange since my other statistics were so healthy. I don’t know.

I just wanted to share this with you because I have never realized how healthy FitnessBlender has helped me become.

Strength training is awesome awesome awesome!
