FB Blend Day 4 Check In

Check in Challenge today asked what we hoped to get out of this program/our short term goals.

I think just like with FBAbs, I want another program complete. I want to feel proud of myself seeing all the green checkmarks on my calendar. It's so hard for me to motivate myself to exercise regularly, but completing FB Abs showed me that I CAN do it. And I want Blend to extend that.

Blend has definitely taken more metal energy and motivation than Abs because of the slightly longer workouts. In my brain, seeing "39" instead of "29" translates to a LOT of time, even if it's just ten more minutes. So, it is like a challenge one step above FB Abs if I can finish this! Or should I say, when I WILL finish it. ;)

One of my long term goals, though, is doing a single full body push up. I've never in my life been able to. I have noticed throughout fb Abs that half pushups have been getting more doable. So I really want to see how far I get with a push up after completing Blend :)
