Struggling to keep up working out postpartum

Hey guys,

I am now almost 5 months postpartum. I am really struggling to maintain a consistent workout routine while looking after my baby.

I did start back into working out a couple of months ago with my doctor's go-ahead. Started light with 10 minute routines of level 2. All was going well for a week, and then I fell off the wagon and couldn't make time to work out for a couple of weeks. This cycle continues.

I would really appreciate inputs and support from you all supermoms out there :) How do you make time to consistently workout with kids around? How do you manage the time and keep up the energy for the rest of the day after working out?

I really am taking it nice and slow, but unable to keep it steady and ramp up.. Pls help!
