FB Strong Day 3 New Years #workoutcomplete

All right, it is done! Whew! I was not feeling it this morning, mostly because I was soooo sore from Day 1! My booty is definitely feeling those descending reps and my shoulders are also sore from yesterday!

Today’s weighted core workout was...ok. I don’t love traditional core work, but somehow adding resistance made it more enjoyable. I used a 5 lb dumbbell. I am not sure I know how to keep my lower back flush to the ground during any kind of crunch, so I find myself modifying a lot. Some of the less traditional exercises, like bent over rotations, were strange feeling because I am not sure I did them properly. Right after the warmup when Daniel said the warmup was over, I said out loud, “ that was just the warmup?!” LOL. Anyway, I am happy I got my #workoutcomplete today!
