My workout today sucked!


I did FB Burn R2 today - day 17. I sucked so bad at it today. I just didn't have any co-ordination today. I felt like it would take me the entire interval just to get one rep in due to trying to figure out how to do the exercise in proper form. The extra credit challenge was awesome tho. Going to redo the 4 week challenge once I complete it as I really like it and hoping to figure out how to do proper form for each exercise before I even press play for the video. Ugh I just hate when you feel like you did a terrible job at your workout even though I know its totally fine and part of the process.
