Who managed a workout today? :)

So, after a fun but rather alcoholic new years eve, I was feeling somewhat dusty this morning :) Fortunately sober me had prepared by filling a water bottle for drunk me to drink before bed, so at least I wasn't dehydrated! I decided to tackle this one : https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-cardio-workout-with-no-equipment-fat-burning-cardio-intervals- which is lighter than I normally do, but it was perfect to get me moving and build up a bit of a sweat without killing myself - I came out of it feeling better than I did before! Shoutout to the awesome FB team and community, and onward into the new year!
