2019!

This year has partly been “documented” by fitness blender. I’ve used programs/the FB calendar to countdown to different things throughout the year, and to get through different difficulties throughout the year!

I started FB 30 round 4 yesterday, and I’m substituting tomorrow's scheduled workout for the new FB Plus workout! I love that it perfectly subs in for the lower body hit and strength that was on the calendar.

Now for champagne (with cilantro because that is GOOD y’all! Sounds weird, but it’s yum)!
