Here's to ending the year right!

I really struggled when life hit me hard in August and my stress took over. I pretty much stopped working out, maybe 4x I month was all I managed from August to November. Which is the longest break I've took since I started working out back in 2015. I also ate all my feelings. But I'm proud of myself this month for getting back on track. I love working out and I've realized this month it can be a stress reliever for me if I allow it to be. I'm excited and thankful to walk into a new year and am looking forward to renewing my joy and enjoying each day.
