week 8 of 8 is completed!

Finished it before 2020! I decided not to do the PFT though, for multiple reasons. I came in this program to loss my belly fat and tone up ( I'm pretty thin, just have a bit of a belly whenever I ate and basically no upper body strength), but I learn that workouts help reduce acne for me! I think it's because I don't sweat much naturally, but the workouts really make me sweat and bring the bad stuff out from my skin! Anyway, first 8 weeks program done, woohoo! Gonna start another soon next year!
