9.5 weeks pregnant - fitness update!!

Hello all who might read this and might have been reading my other posts!

So, I wasn't going to post until 10 weeks with an update BUT I've had such a better week that I wanted to share immediately!

The intensity of the nausea has diminished a little in the last week, meaning I have windows of opportunity to be productive - whether that be working, chores or a workout. Now, I can't do everything or I crash out hard. But I've been prioritising workouts and in the last 4 days I've done 3 workouts!!!!!

* The first one was BodyFit by Amy pre-natal cardio and abs.

* Second one was Fitness Blender upper body strength training.

* Today's was Fitness Blender low impact cardio!

Had a day off between the first and second.

I'm still exhausted soooo easily, but I'm SO happy I've managed these workouts at the pace I'm able to do them. I feel like a bit of myself has come back :)

I have a crazy work week from NYE of concert after concert and 2 nights in Istanbul for it (sounds glamorous but is not), so I'm aware I'll need a lot of rest. I'll not put any pressure on myself to get a workout complete, but if I do it'll be a bonus.
