Yay! I have started FB Abs....

The other day I suddenly decided I had had enough of just doing a workout here and there without any regularity, so......

I put FB Abs round 1 on my calendar!!!!

It’s the first programme I ever bought (5 years or so ago) and it is going to help me get back into the rhythm of working to a calendar. I will adjust accordingly, but as Kelli said in a workout I just finished: “it’s all about showing up for yourself. What works for you!”

I am not going to let the programme tie me down: I will reschedule, I will choose other workouts if the planned workout has too much high impact in it... I will certainly ”tailor-make” it to suit my present state of fitness!! My fitness level has gone down, I know, but I was gleefully lifting those weights again this morning, my second day of Abs! Absolutely enjoying it!
