Christmas present and New Years resolution!

My hubby gifted me some power blocks and I’m so excited! I was debating a New Years resolution for this year. Last year, it was to work out 4 times a week. I nailed that, and averaged five! So this year, my resolution is to lift heavier. I don’t want to set more specifics because I don’t like feeling like a failure when I don’t accomplish things right away. I want my resolution to be more of just a habit that I want to get better at. I might track the weights I use in the notes section of my workouts...not sure.
