FB 30 Round 4 - Day 12 Lower Body Strength

I completed my workout for today. It was a combination of squats and dead-lifts with Kellie and I was pushing myself through it. I was really starting to feel it behind my left hip after the workout from all those squats and dead-lifts. I was very busy this morning doing all my morning chores and when I finally finished all of it I was wore out. This afternoon I am going to go down and play on the lower property before I have to go to my Dad's house tonight. I will be able to get online again and talk to all of you in a couple of days. But until then I hope that all of you have a good Christmas Day with you friends and family.
