Got in a short workout today. First time trying both of these out. I was in a hurry so I cut corners on the rest and it ended up being an all round sweaty challenge! Warm up and cool down on the go!
And I love seeing everyone's workout spaces so much, so I thought I could share mine too! I workout outside on a deck/porch. Fresh air is nice for the lungs! And as you can probably tell, I use makeshift weights from jugs of water, jugs of sand, to various size concrete blocks. Crude, but gets the job done!! Looking forward to seeing more workout spaces!
