Please help me Im ruining my body!

Since April this year I had a rough living situation and pretty much no money. I had absolutely no motivation to work out so I let myself go and even started a smoking habit. Now everything is completely different and better and im at the heaviest ive ever been i feel so bad about myself and i need some serious words of wisdom. I havent smoked in a couple days but yeah thats as far as ive come please help me
