Turning 40 on Christmas

Hi FB fam,

I have working out with FB consistently for 1 year and have completed several programs. Prior to my FB encounter, I only did excessive cardio for exercise. I still enjoy walking, jogging and elliptical but have learned the importance of what strength training and ROM exercises bring.

I am turning 40 on Christmas and wanted to ask other blenders who have reached this milestone what they recommend for this decade of life. I am married with one daughter (she's 8) and I work fulltime as a music teacher in the public schools.
