For a while my weekday morning routine is the following :
-Get kids ready for scholl/day care
-Walk them to school/day care
If a heavy HIIT routine is planned I switch things around so that it falls on a Saturday so I can do it in the afternoon. This routine works perfectly for me, but I'm starting to worry it might mess up my metabolism. Getting up earlier is not really an option... I need my sleep! Do you think it might be the reason I don't see an improvement in my weight? (P.S. I eat clean, bio, homecooked from scratch meals) Thank you!
