So excited!!

Just started the FB meal plan and I was nervous, because I used to dislike beans, spinach and a lot of other things on the plan, but my tastes have changed a lot in the last couple of years and so I tried a bunch of recipes and I LOVE them!! I am so excited, everything has been absolutely delicious and I feel really good. And the psychological effect of feeling not only excited for my meals, but totally comfortable in the knowledge they are healthy for me surprised even me. I feel exponentially more positive than I did a few days ago, just because I am so happy about this decision. If you haven't tried the meal plan yet, I cannot recommend it enough :)
