The survey is optional, so all you need to do to enter this week’s Giveaway (as usual) is to respond to this Community post, answering the following questions in the comments (remember, it has to be in this same thread for us to track entries, so please respond here only):

We’ll keep the Giveaway open for 24 hours and choose three winners (at random) and announce them here. One winner will receive a Power Block Dumbbells gift certificate and two winners will receive the Workout Program of their choice.
