Summertime in Perth...

So here in Perth, Western Australia we have had a weeks worth of days over 40 degrees C (that's around 104F) with no relief in sight! I am finding it hard to get through my workouts. We do have aircon, which brings the house down to around 26C, but I am pouring sweat within 5 minutes of starting anything. I am used to powering through level 4 and 5 HIIT workouts - not easily, but at least I can generally complete all the intervals, but not at the moment! It is kind of disheartening :( I am thinking I might have to switch to low impact pilates based workouts for a while. It doesn't help that it is the silly season, which means more eats and drinks than normal as well!
