My shoulder stole my motivation

I dislocated my shoulder around Thanksgiving and haven’t been able to do much upper body strength since it’s still weak and my range of motion is limited. I was on the second week of FB Mass at the time and now I’ve completely lost my motivation. Any tips for still getting a good mix of workouts and staying motivated while babying a recovering limb? Shoulder isn’t immobilized or anything, but threatens to pop out when I do any overhead or fly-type motion. Planking=good. Downward dog=bad. I’m looking for suggestions that don’t include just skipping all the arm/chest/back days and laying in the couch eating snacks and moping....which is what I’ve been doing.
