Just a gentle reminder — it’s important to do your best and push yourself, but you also need to listen to and respect your body's signals.

Need an extra rest day? Take it.

Need to lift lighter? Drop the amount you're lifting.

Need to move more slowly? Go at your own pace.

We all need to walk that fine line of compassion for our bodies, and having the discipline to show up and intelligently push ourselves. Whatever you need today, do that.
