Day 3

I feel sad for not being able to document day 2 but I have my reasons. My exam week is going on and it got a little hard to take out time to write a follow up here. Nonetheless, I'm here today. Today was good as well. I tried to keep my diet in check but slipped a little during lunch because we had guests over. Other than that, I'm doing good. I feel nice, my energy is up. I do have a hamstring situation going on because Monday's workout had A LOT of deadlifts but I like to call it the "Good Pain". I love it when I have this pain. It makes me feel that I'm on the right path, it makes me aware of the muscles in my body. From today, for a week, I would only be able to document on alternate days, in case people were wondering and by people i mean the 3 people who read my so-called 'blog' haha.
