Workout Complete Order - HELP!!

FB Team, I placed an order 12/2/19 for 2 pairs of the Performance Leggings Geo Print, size medium. That same day I received an email confirming my order with a note I would receive another e-mail when the items shipped. Today 12/11/19 - I have not received a shipping notification. Monday, 12/9, I e-mailed service@workoutcomplete.com for a status and as of today have not heard from anyone. Yesterday. 12/10 I also sent a request via the Workout Complete website for a status and have not heard from anyone. I am getting concerned because 1 pair of the leggings is a Christmas gift and I need to turn around and ship it out. The order # is 2301. Please help!
