Workout Complete

Hello everyone!

Yesterday I saw FB posted this workout and I scheduled it for today even though I already had a lower body in my calendar. I made a 5 day challenge using unfiltered "surprise me butten" this weekend when I finished Burn2. Of course I had to swap 2 of them to avoid working the same muscle group in a row. So this is how I had a lower body for today and I did this one instead (the picture). This workout is simply amazing:

Short length and intervals yet a killer,

The moves are so unique using basic exercises,

Loved the counting for strength part showing on the screen

And Kelli smiles at you through the whole video☺💗

Oh..and for the first time I did bridge with palm down🎉💪 (forgot how they called it)

So, if you get a chance, try this lower body hiit/strength and enjoy🙂

One more thing....

I felt so sluggish this morning. The only reason I went for it because I was home and had coffee and I said well let me just start the video and here I am feeling great.

Let's always remind each other that we all can beat the sluggishness any time.
