FB Sweat - before & after pix

I finished FB Sweat last week. I did the extra credit challenge every day. I could have been a cardio queen and crash-dieted for a more dramatic effect, but I am trying to adopt a more holistic approach by adding HIIT and strength training to my routine. I am excited about my progress in one month and am looking forward to seeing more over the next few months ...

(I just began FB Booty which I am supplementing with water aerobics 2X/week for 4 weeks and will do FBfit for 8 weeks after that. At that point I am hoping I will be able to go back to my regular maintenance workouts)
