Well, the 6th week of pregnancy kicked my butt. Only 2 workout completes.

Hi everyone,

It's absolutely amazing how starved of energy I've felt this week. It's not a lazy thing. It's more like an I-might-fall-asleep-on-the-floor-during-this-workout thing. And also, the warm up I actually did do...I had to modify. Could not do jumping jacks. Have literally gone from a person who wouldn't even feel the warm up jacks to a person who can't do them 🤔😂🤦‍♀️🤷

Oh well! On to another week and I'll see if I can do 3 gentle/Pilates/yoga workouts.

It's not just working out that has suffered - I'm also completely unproductive in general and my job is quite physical and I have little desire to prepare for it quite like I would have 4 weeks ago! I know it's just temporary but dammmmnnnnnnnnn!
