Dizziness

Hello everyone, first of all I would like to mention that I am not new to working out at all, Ive only experienced this problem last couple of weeks and never thought too much about it. Yesterday, I read an article about how being dizzy during and after workout is completely wrong and you should never ignore these kind of feelings. Do you think it is that alarming? I do sometimes feel dizzy during my HIIT especially but after Im done I feel great everytime. Has anyone experienced this? Please feel free to share, Im curious if anyone feels the same because as I said until yesterday I never considered this to be a big deal.
