I love finding a new favorite video

I'm currently doing my own thing for workouts since finishing FBstrong. My week consists of two upper body days, one lower body day, and 2 ring fit adventure days (Nintendo switch workout game) for cardio/total body. I haaaaaaate cardio so it's the only thing to keep me consistent right now🤷🏻‍♀️

I stumbled across this video and it's definitely a new fav! I did this workout yesterday and holy crap am I feeling it today!!😅 I actually used my bench instead of the floor and what a difference!💪🏻 Also, when my hubs came home he asked me if I did upper body because my biceps were poppin' so yay!🥰 I LOVED doing this one so much!
