An Update

In my last post last month about feeling demotivated, someone asked me to keep ya’ll updated. I am very thankful for all your insight in the comments. They helped us focus and zero in on what I should do next. The last month was busy with exams, and sadly I couldn’t get much done, but now I can get to action with holidays kicking in. So I haven’t made much progress, but now I’m not as stressed. My focus is more on being consistent, and enjoying where I am and moving in my own pace. I really do enjoy a heavier workout, but I have to have patience with what I demand from my body. I switched my music, it breathed new life in the pilates that I found droning once. I hope this thread helps another beginner who fonds themselves in the pit of frustration I was in.
