Don't Overthink It...

We are huge advocates of “smart” workouts and making the most of your valuable time, but sometimes it’s also helpful to remind ourselves that we shouldn’t overthink things...and just get to it!

Having go-to resources that you trust is certainly helpful, which is where we hope that we come in, with an “attainable, affordable, and approachable” fitness philosophy, but it really all comes down to showing up for yourself and your health.

Don’t let anyone tell you that you “need” some particular piece of equipment or some magical supplement or a certain structure before you work out; just start!

Do the best that you can, in the time you have, with the resources at your disposal.

P.S. This doesn't mean that you should jump into anything, particularly exercise, without thinking (and checking in with your doctor), but as the old saying goes, "don't let perfection be the enemy of the good."
