I’ve been working out with fitness blender for a year almost every day. I’ve been struggling mentally as I feel like my fitness/body changes have hit a plateau. I lost about 30 pounds on these programs but since I hit my goal weight I have noticed that my negative thoughts about my body are still there. I’m still catch myself putting myself down instead of recognizing how far I’ve actually come. I’m trying to focus more on that and remember what my body could do before and what it can do now.
So long story short this is a photo of progress! I’ve never touched this toe until today!!
