HKS Accountability Group Dec. 5

Very quick check in, as I slept in this morning. I pushed off beginning reach until next week (Tues-Sat); however, today's shorter workout was a Reach-inspired total body yoga workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-toning-yoga-workout-for-weight-loss

This workout had me shaking and sweaty! Especially since I'm just getting back into the swing of things, it was really tough but I persevered!
