Doing the same warmup almost everyday?

I’ll be honest and admit I barely have time and motivation to actually work out these days, BUT thanks to FitnessBlender I still sneak brief low impact exercises into my day, every day, and I’m really really grateful I do them!

My routine consists of:

- this 10-minute warmup https://youtu.be/zfgEwSvatqY

- extra warmup sometimes (fast walk, bike machine at the gym, go up & down the stairs, no-jump high knees etc)

- super short strength training, either FB’s or my own (eg. 2 sets x 10 reps of squats, lunges, deadlifts on lower body day)

- any FB cooldown

I’m wondering though, is it okay to do the same warmups almost everyday? I have 2-3 warmup videos I really like and I basically just alternate between them.
