I am currently in the third week of FBFit 2 program. Everything's going great, except one thing - I started having knee pain since the first days of the program, when it was very weak, but by know I feel it more. It's not much, it doesn't get in the way of my everyday activities, but I'm kinda afraid it might get worse.
I've never had knee issues like this one before. Have anybody experienced this? Does anybody maybe know what might be the reason for this, and how to "fix" it?
Just please don't tell me I should stop doing squats and lunges :D I love 'em!
P.S. I already ordered knee support, hoping it's going to be the solution to the problem. I'll keep the thread updated, if anybody's interested in this.
