Frustrated with weight gain/plateau

I have been exercising and eating clean(ish) since the beginning of July. I was 5'2" and weighed 178 pounds. I stated consistently losing weight and am now down to 153. BUT, I have been around 153 for the past 5 or 6 weeks. Well, up 2 pounds, down two pounds, over and over again.

I have been doing FB workouts for the past 6 or 7 weeks. Today, I am completing my first monthly workout program.

I have some major obsessive issues with counting things and keeping track of things, so I was hoping that I would be able to just make really healthy changes, and not have to track what I was eating, to avoid my old habits, which were both unhealthy and totally ineffective, because here I am again, overweight.

I am just frustrated and trying to stay motivated to keep up the working out and healthy choices, but it is getting hard and harder.

Has anyone else been in this situation?
