Canadians; if you want to try out a machine that measures fat %
Since I cant privet message people "hey sari_78" LOL and other Canadians that might be interested....
in a different post it came up how to measure body fat, and the scales came up, now I by no means am saying they work, or are good, ect just that if you want to give one of them a try for free loblaws chain stores have a wellness center that does blood pressure, heart rate, body weight, fat % and bmi (I think you have to sign in and input your info to get the bmi), it will also track your progress and you can sign in online to see all the info too... its free so worth a look if you have a loblaws (ours in Victoria are superstore and great Canadian warehouse)
