Just started my fitness journey

Hi everyone!!

I’ve decided to challenge myself in the month of December to eat healthily (mostly to cut out sweets) and to do any type of exercise at least once a day.

I’m a complete beginner when it comes to balanced, healthy lifestyle, and my relationship with food and exercise has been pretty rough in the past, but I’m really motivated and determined to start taking care of myself.

I’m writing this post as an accountability check. I’ve tried to change my diet and exercise habits countless times in the past, but was never able to last more than a day or two. Sugar can be really addicting..

This time I really think I’ll be able to succeed. Wish me luck guys!!
