Weight stays relatively the same


Hi everyone. I am a little shy about writing here, but it seems like such a supportive group. I am 5'10" and 160 lbs. I started working out here almost a year ago and absolutely love it! I lost a few pounds and firmed up a lot, but I can't seem to lose any more weight. I follow a balanced vegetarian diet and try not to eat anything processed. I have definitely seen and felt a difference in my body since working out here, which I know is the most important thing, I'm just curious if anyone else has this problem and how they stay motivated.
